Surprise, surprise!
Yeah, I’m not dead. Well, actually, if you followed the main Russian Porn Index site you know that already, as I was constantly adding new models and sites throughout the whole year. And that sums up 2011 pretty well already, because there wasn’t happening as much as in 2010. It marks one of the toughest year in online porn and especially porn from Russia.
There are several reasons for this: First of all another global crisis, together with the ongoing piracy of content through torrents, forums offering freehost files and illegal tube sites. As predicted, a lot of studios and websites had to close in 2011, and this trend will definitely continue as long as people are not willing to pay for content. Then there was a special situation in the Russian porn scene, especially in St. Petersburg where, as you probably now, 95% of all Russian porn comes from. Some idiots don’t have better things to do as to trace new models, find their social network profiles and than spamming their friends and family with the porn material. The result: A huge lack of new models in 2011. However, towards the end of the year the situation seems to have gotten a little better at least.
Nonetheless, 2011 was also a productive year. Actually a lot of crap sites went away, while those actually providing quality got bigger. So yeah, there is a good side of the 2011 situation aswell. Personally I didn’t have the time to travel to St. Petersburg this year unfortunately, for several, mostly personal reasons. I hope to make it there next year again, but I can’t promise anything. In the meantime I was working on a bunch of interesting new projects that hopefully will see the light of day in 2012.
So, so nothing else left for me than to wish all of you Merry X-Mas and Happy Holidays, try to turn off the computer for a while and have a good time with your friends and family. I also wish you a great start into the new year! See ya’ll in 2012!

Hey everyone,
looks like it’s time for my yearly x-mas post again 
And as the year 2010 is near its end now I thought why not look back a bit what 2010 brought for my little site.
First of all the good old RussianRealitySites.com was buried after almost 5 years, may it rest in peace. So this year is when Russian Porn Index was born, with some cool new features (like the ‘Last added’ sections on the main page and the search function) and a modern new design. The biggest change happened behind the scenes though with a new custom made content management system. Thanks to that system I could bring you way more new models than before – although there was a shortage of new girls during Summer, unfortunately.
2010 was also the year where I shot my first own video material for Russian Porn Index, during my second trip to St. Petersburg in June. I had a lot of fun shooting it, and thanks to all the great feedback I received from you, I know that you liked it aswell. I can’t promise you yet if I’ll be able to shoot new material in St. Petersburg again next year, but I’ll try my best to make it happen.
To sum it up, 2010 was a really busy but also successful year which meant a big step forward for me as a webmaster. Big thanks go out to you for visiting my site and leaving comments through my contact form, I really enjoyed reading your opinions.
Last but not least I wanna wish everyone all the best for 2011 and of course HAPPY X-MAS folks! See ya next year which hopefully will be even better than the last one.

You know what’s a bad idea? When it has been a pretty cold and windy day in St. Petersburg in the beginning of June, you decide to shoot an outdoor scene because the sun is coming out in the evening. So when they started shooting at about 9pm it was already pretty cold and still windy. Then after a while the majority of the video was shot, so everyone went inside to have a break. The break took longer, and longer, and longer. I was already wondering “guys, you still have to do the hard photos and it’s getting colder and colder…”
